Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods

You're buying a digital key that shows up right after payment. Keys can't be returned, so once it's delivered and you've seen it, the sale is final.

2. Replacements

If a key is broken, never shows up, or won't activate, hit us up on Discord. We'll check it and replace it for free.

Warning: Chargeback a key that was delivered and works, and we revoke the license and ban you from the store.

3. Contact

Refund questions: Discord, discord.gg/tidecheats.
