Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods

All products are digital license keys delivered instantly. Because keys cannot be returned, all sales are final once a key has been delivered and viewed.

2. Replacements

If a key arrives broken, was never delivered, or fails to activate, contact support in Discord and it will be verified and replaced at no cost.

Warning: Chargebacks on delivered, working keys result in a permanent license revoke and store ban.
