REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed and a key has been issued, ownership and access are considered delivered.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered under the following strict conditions:


  • The product was not delivered
  • A duplicate payment was made


No other refund requests will be accepted outside of these conditions.


3. Time Limit

Any eligible refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Requests made after this period will be automatically denied.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be granted if:


  • You change your mind after purchase
  • You fail to redeem or use your key
  • You lose or leak your key
  • Your access is revoked due to violation of Terms
  • You experience compatibility issues with your system
  • You violate any part of the Terms of Service


5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support is considered fraud. This may result in:


  • Immediate termination of access
  • Permanent blacklisting from Tide services
  • Loss of eligibility for future support


6. Final Decision

All refund decisions are final and made at the discretion of Tide management.
